Redvers Poultry Sale, April 20., 2019

Rob McCulloch, HLC Poultry Coordinator & APA SK.rep.brought his own Rhode Island Red Rooster & Hen and Rhode Island White Rooster & Hen for a nice background display.

Rob also asked HLC member Tiffany Byers to bring in a Chantecler Rooster & Hen, so along with the ‘in-transit’ Mottled Houdan Rooster, there was a nice collection of good quality heritage birds on display behind our table for folks to see up close.

Thanks Rob!

Lots of HLC SK-member activity at the Redvers Poultry Sale, April 20.2019.

Past Director Michael Green arrived early to help set up our display. Thank you Michael.
Looks like we need to get our banner updated with the new name!

Chanse Rusnak is HLC’s newest & definitely youngest member.
Here is Chanse, a kindergartener mature beyond his young-years, admiring the Mottled Houdan rooster destined for Ste.Marie among the Hurons.... story to follow in Genesis!
His Dad told us Chanse has no interest in video games but loves all their various Poultry. Way to go Chanse’s parents & siblings!

Don & Tammy welcome 3 week old Dawson:)
So VERY pleased to see Don out & about at the Redvers Poultry sale.
Don took an unannounced ride recently in a STARS chopper to Regina hospital after he suffered heart pain while tending to his fabulous Hampshire pigs.
A sincere THANK YOU to staff on board STARS & the REGINA HOSPITAL for saving Don.
